When to make a request

As soon as you are aware of a change you wish to make to your reservation or a preference you have, please reach out to us. Our flights team begins holding spots on our contracted reservations as soon as you book, so there is the potential for an additional cost for accommodating your request. If this is the case, we will contact you directly. 

What requests can be accommodated

If you are looking to extend your trip, fly with a particular airline, fly with a friend, or request a particular airport in a multi-airport gateway, please read our articles on what to expect. 

There are many requests that should be made directly with the airline, such as seating selection, TSA precheck details, or earning miles. Please make sure to see articles in our Airline Policies section for how to navigate these requests.
