Flying with a friend

We love friendship! We will always do our best to make arrangements for you and your friend to travel on the same flights. But it's based on airline availability, and we can't always guarantee it.

Already booked? You can request who you want to fly with through your account if over 100 days from departure or if departing sooner than that, by giving us a call at 800-766-2645. The earlier we know this the better! we're able to accommodate! 

To ensure the best chances for you to be on the same flight as your friend we recommend doing the following:

• Booking your trip the same day
• Selecting to fly out of the same gateway
• Opting to travel on the same days, if you are choosing to extend your stay making sure your friend has selected the same.

To submit your fly with a friend request please follow the steps below

1. Log into your Ultimate Break account 

2. Select the trip you are wanting to put the request in for
    

   

3. Go to the Flights section
    

   

4. Search your friend by their full name, email or phone number. All travelers will need to have confirmed their TSA details before a request can occur.
    

   

5. Select friend
6. To add another friend repeat steps 4 & 5 again until all friends are requested. 
7. Hit submit

Important Notes:

• There is the potential that there are extra costs associated with us securing a reservation for you and a friend on the same itinerary.
• If you change your travel dates you may not be able to fly together anymore due to available itineraries.
• We are not able to accommodate meet-ups. This refers to situations where travelers depart from different originating airports but wish to coordinate their flights to connect at a common airport and continue their journey together.
