Adding airfare package

If you decide to add Ultimate Break's flight package, no problem! Submit a request through your online account stating which gateway you'd like to depart from and return to in the US and our team of Trip Specialists will add the package to your account. Note that pricing and itinerary availability are subject to change from what is quoted on the website at time of booking. If there are additional costs for securing your airfare package, our team will contact you and present the itinerary options to you before confirming with our flight team.

Removing airfare package

If you decide that you'd like to purchase your own roundtrip airfare, please let us know as soon as possible.

Above 99 days prior to departure: We can remove your flight package and your balance will be adjusted accordingly. If you were paid in full and now have a negative credit, you are entitled to a refund of the cost of the flight package. 

Under 99 days prior to departure: It's possible that our flights team has a reservation held for you that will incur a cancellation fee if you remove your flights. In this instance, our team of Trip Specialists will reach out to you to let you know. If you still decide to remove your flights package, your credit will reflect the cost of the flights less the cancelation fee.
