If you want to make your flight as comfortable as possible, Ultimate Break is able to look into flight upgrades to Premium Economy and Business Classes. Costs for these upgrades vary by destination and airline and are the full responsibility of the traveler.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Upgrades apply only to the long-haul, overseas portions of your itinerary
- All upgrade prices are in addition to the cost of standard economy flights
- Prices may increase by 20% or more during peak seasons like summer and holidays
- Canadian travelers: Costs are subject to exchange rates
- First Class upgrades are not available through Ultimate Break
Requesting an upgrade
If you'd like to request a Business Class or Premium Economy flight upgrade, please let us know when you book! If you've already booked and are interested in booking one of these classes, please submit a request through your online account. Business class is usually in the range of $4,000-$8,000+ USD and Premium Economy typically begins at $1,500 - $3,000 USD depending on where you are going.
You can also try upgrading just one leg of your flights last minute directly with the airline! If they have open seats in Business or Premium Economy, the desk agents can usually sell those at a slightly discounted cost just before you board that flight.
Business Class
Upgrades to Business Class are typically going to be towards the front of the plane, have lie-flat seats, include different/more food and drink options, provide the highest level of in-flight service, and have access to airport lounges. Please note these upgrade features vary by each airline.
Premium Economy
Upgrades to Premium Economy are typically going to be towards the middle of the plane, have larger seats with more legroom and recline, include different/more food and drink options, and provide a higher level of in-flight service. Please note these upgrade features vary by each airline.
