This article is intended for travelers who are already enrolled in AutoPay, but need to make one of the following changes:
- Change monthly payment date
- Update payment information
- Cancel AutoPay plan and default to the Manual Payment Plan
How to make changes to your AutoPay plan
- Log in to your online account using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Payments"
- Select the blue "Edit plan" button
- To change the frequency of your payments, select the "Edit" button next to Payment Schedule
- To change your card information, select the "Edit" button next to Payment Methods
Note: If any of your card details change, you must update it in your online account. This includes if your card was replaced, expired, or compromised.
