Can I edit my Autopay Plan details?
Yes. In the "Payments" section of your online account, you'll see a button labeled "Edit your plan." When you click this, you'll be brought to a new tab with your schedule and payment details. To change this information, click the "Edit" buttons on the right side of the page.
Can I pay manually on the Automatic plan?
Oh yeah! You can choose to make a manual payment at any time through your online account. Simply navigate to the "Payments" section of your online account and click the button "Make a payment." This will NOT impact your automatic payment schedule, so if you make a manual payment on a Thursday and are scheduled for an automatic payment on Friday, that payment will still process.
What happens if my payment method is declined?
- Make sure your card info hasn't changed, if you got a new card and the numbers are the same but the security code or expiration changed that would prevent your transaction from going through.
- Our payments pull in the middle of the night, if your payments are scheduled for the same day you get paid it's possible that your money coming in hasn't hit yet when we try to take money out. We recommend setting your payment to be at least 1 day AFTER you get paid.
- Call out to your bank. Let them know these are expected charges and ask them why they've been declining. 95% of the time when our travelers call their bank/credit card company they are able to pre-authorize these charges so you don't have any problems with declines in the future.
If you have two declined payments in a row you'll be removed from the automatic payment plan. A $50 fee will be applied to enroll you in the manual payment plan, instead. Check out this article for more information on missed payments.
