Worry Free Booking Period

We offer a 30-day worry-free cancellation period from the time of booking. Should you decide to cancel within 30 days of making your booking, you may receive a refund of your standard booking deposit and other monies paid as long as your trip is 100 days or more prior to departure at the time of booking. From time to time, we offer promotional deposit amounts which may not be refundable during this period.  

Who Is Eligible for the 30-Day Worry Free Period?

You're eligible for a full refund of your reservation fee if you meet both of these conditions:

1. You book your trip more than 100 days from departure
2. You cancel within 30 days of your initial enrollment date

Important Note

If you book a tour that departs within 100 days, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable immediately upon enrollment, and the Standard Cancellation Policy applies.
