We know this isn't the news you were hoping for, and we're truly sorry for the disruption to your travel plans. Tour cancellations aren't a decision we make lightly, but when they happen, we're committed to making things right with maximum flexibility and support Here is what you can do:
Rebook
We can rebook you to another tour with no penalties! Everything that you have paid will get moved over to a new trip. You can rebook to the same itinerary you were originally on or a completely new itinerary if you wish.
- If you rebook to the same itinerary (ex. if you were booked on the Highlights of Japan trip and rebook to another Highlights of Japan trip, just new dates) we can price match you so that there are no pricing increases for you. If your new dates are less expensive than what you originally had, we will give you that price. Whichever is the cheapest!
- If you rebook to a completely new itinerary, you will get the price of the new tour at the time of rebooking. This includes if there is a sale running on those new dates.
To rebook your tour, either submit a request through your online account here or give us a call at 1-800-766-2645 and we can help you over the phone.
No longer wish to travel
If you no longer wish to travel, you will need you to give us a call at 617-231-9672 and our team will walk you through the unenrollment process.
My tour hasn't been cancelled but there are not many people booked. Will my tour be cancelled eventually?
We understand the concern, but low numbers in the app doesn't automatically mean that's how many people are enrolled or that your trip will be canceled. Many factors influence whether a tour runs. If anything changes, we'll notify you as soon as possible. If you'd like to discuss your specific tour running, please reach out to us, we're happy to provide more insight.
