Where to find your voucher
All vouchers are noted internally. When we issue a voucher, we will send you an email notating the amount the voucher holds and when it expires.
Redeeming your voucher
When you're ready to redeem your voucher, give us a call at 800-766-2645 and we can get you booked on your next dream trip! You may redeem your voucher at the time of booking if you book over the phone. If you have already booked your tour, you may give us a call or submit a request to redeem your voucher.
Redeeming vouchers from other EF products
If you were given a transferrable voucher from another EF product, such as EF Educational Tours or EF Go Ahead Tours, and would like to redeem it on an EF Ultimate Break tour, please give us a call at 800-766-2645. You will need your voucher number and the voucher amount, and a member of our team will be able to apply your voucher for you. It may take 7-10 business days for the voucher to be redeemed on your EF Ultimate Break tour. Not all vouchers from other EF products may be transferrable to Ultimate Break tours. Please make sure to consult with your original tour consultant and give us a call to confirm eligibility to redeem a voucher with Ultimate Break.
Note: All vouchers have a one year validity period from the date of issuance. You need not travel within that year, but must have applied the voucher to a new tour within that time.
