We know that securing your spot before a trip sells out is important and equally so is price! That's why we're committed to offering all our travelers a one-time "best price guarantee" adjustment to match the new base price for trips over 99 days from departure and booked in the last 60 days.
What's that mean in practice? If you book a trip and the price of your trip changes within 60 days of your original booking date and is over 99 days away from departure, you are eligible.
If you rebooked your trip and want the best price guarantee on the new trip, you will still be held to the original date of booking your trip, not the date of rebooking.
To inquire about your eligibility or submit a request follow the instructions below:
- Open a request
- Select the topic "payments"
- Enter your email address
- Write the subject of your request, we recommend "Price Match"
- Select the payment request type "Best Price Guarantee"
- In the description tell us which trip you are inquiring about your eligibility and a Trip Specialist will reach out.
Please note that these request can take up to 30 days to process and be reflected in your account.
