We know that securing your spot before a trip sells out is important and equally so is price! That's why we're committed to offering all our travelers a one-time "best price guarantee" adjustment to match the new base price for trips over 99 days from departure and booked within the last 60 days.
What's that mean in practice? If you book a trip and the price of your trip changes within 60 days of your original booking date and is over 99 days away from departure, you are eligible!
If you rebooked your trip and want the best price guarantee on the new trip, you will still be held to the original date of booking your trip, not the date of rebooking.
To inquire about your eligibility or submit a request, follow the instructions below:
- Open a request
- Select the topic "payments"
- Enter your email address
- Write the subject of your request, we recommend "Price Match"
- Select the payment request type "Best Price Guarantee"
- In the description tell us which trip you are inquiring about your eligibility and a Trip Specialist will reach out.
The best price guarantee is calculated using the base cost of your tour at the time you booked and the base cost of your tour at the time you submitted your request. Please note that the sale amount at the time of your request does not indicate how much money will be taken off your total, as your base cost pre-sale may differ. Your eligibility and the discount applied will be based on the time and date you submitted your request, not the date you hear back from us.
Please note that these request can take up to 30 days to process and be reflected in your account.
