Can I book more than one person at a time?
Yes! If you're traveling with a friend, sibling, partner, or anyone else, we make it easy to book together.
On Plus departures, you can enroll two travelers together in a single enrollment. This means you'll both be confirmed on the same trip, and you can manage everything in one place.
What does enrolling together mean?
When you book two travelers together, one account manages both reservations. The person listed as the primary traveler will be able to access and update both orders in one spot, including:
- Rebooking or updating travel dates
- Adding excursions
- Confirming checklist items
- Managing your shared payment plan
The secondary traveler will still have their own account using the email address provided at booking. This way, both travelers can access the group chat and tour information independently.
Important details
- Booking together is currently available for two travelers maximum on Plus departures only
- If you're traveling with a larger group, each person will need to book separately (you can still request to room or fly together in your online account)
- If you need to separate your orders after booking, contact us and we can help
Traveling as a group
If you're traveling with a group of friends, you may be eligible for a discount. Check out our discounts page for more information on how to save.
Everyone will still need to book separately via their own accounts. Someone in your group will then need to call their Trip Consultant at 1-800-766-2645 to let them know you'll be traveling together. We'll apply the discount to everyone in your group 21 days before departure.
