Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a double and a twin room?
A double room has one shared bed for two people. A twin room has two separate beds for two people.
What type of bed comes with a double room?
A double room includes a shared bed, which may be a double, queen, king, or occasionally two twin beds pushed together. This depends on the hotel's setup and availability.
What type of bed comes with a twin room?
Twin rooms include two separate beds. They are most often twin beds but may also be two doubles, one double and one twin, or in some cases, bunk beds—this can vary by hotel.
What type of bed comes with a single room?
Single rooms guarantee a private room for one person, but bed size may vary. You may receive a double, twin, or occasionally a bunk bed, depending on the hotel.
When do I need to confirm my room type?
Please finalize your room selection at least 60 days before your trip departure. For any changes after that date, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are room upgrades guaranteed if I request one?
Room upgrades are limited and may sell out. If sold out, we can submit a request with our hotel partners, but availability is not guaranteed. Contact us directly to request an upgrade.
