Who are Blue Ribbon Bags?
Blue Ribbon Bags are the world leaders in luggage retrieval services. They offer delayed luggage services for every flight, on every airline, everywhere in the world. They will track down your bags and return them to you wherever you are. We're proud to offer this service free of charge for any traveler who has purchased a flight package with us.
How does it work?
Report missing luggage to the airline
Missing luggage should be reported to the airline as soon as possible. It's best to speak directly to an airline representative while you're still at the airport. You'll need to provide the following details:
- Complete all forms given to you by airline staff.
- Provide baggage claim tag that you received with your boarding pass at check-in.
- Include your contact information, as well as the addresses and dates of each hotel on your itinerary. If the airline cannot confirm arrival of bag by next day, we strongly recommend putting the address of your second accommodation.
If there are no airline representatives at baggage claim, you should call the airline or visit their website to report your missing luggage.
Ask the airline about their reimbursement policies
Some airlines may offer reimbursement for delayed or missing luggage. This may include reimbursement for the cost of checking your luggage and/or reimbursement for incidental purchases like clothing and toiletries.
Open a claim with Blue Ribbon Bags
The airline should provide you with a claim number and copy of your missing luggage report. With your claim number, you can open a case with Blue Ribbon Bags. They will get to work tracking your luggage and delivering it to your accommodations. If you're on a fast moving tour, make sure to indicate the date you'll be traveling to your next destination and they'll work to get your bag delivered there, if necessary.
Please note: our partnership with Blue Ribbon Bags will launch in April, 2026. Any issues with delayed bags prior to then should be dealt with directly with the airline.

If you packed necessary medication or medical devices in your missing luggage, contact On-Tour Support immediately at +1-617-619-1411. On-Tour Support can assist with arranging a visit to a doctor or pharmacy to help you obtain your medication or medical equipment.
Please note that medications or medical devices that are available in your home country may not be available in other countries.
