So, you've landed in your destination—now what?
If you booked flights through Ultimate Break:
We'll set you up with a transfer from the airport to your first hotel. An EF Ultimate Break representative will meet you at the airport and get you where you need to go. Here's how it'll go:
- Once you land, head through any required passport or customs checks.
- Head to the arrivals area. If you have checked baggage, you'll want to pick those up en route.
- Make your way to the meeting point communicated via the chat functionality in our app by either EF Ultimate Break or your Tour Director. We recommend taking a screenshot of this for easy access as its typically posted about 3 days before departure.
- Look for a friendly face with an EF Ultimate Break sign in hand. Your Tour Director will let you (and other travelers) know where and when to meet.
If you booked your own flights:
If you've arranged for your own roundtrip airfare, you are responsible for your transfer from the airport to the first hotel. Your Tour Director would still appreciate your flight details so they know when to expect you, but your only expectation is to arrive for the first scheduled activity of the tour (likely the welcome dinner).
What if I can't find my group?
Don't panic, we won't leave you behind! Your Tour Director may be busy helping an earlier group of your fellow travelers get to the hotel, so be patient, shoot them a message, and grab a coffee to shake off that jet lag. You may have to wait up to two hours for your transfer while other flights from your group are arriving. If you can't get a hold of your Tour Director at all, give us a call at +1 617 619 1411.
