Keeping your payment information up to date ensures smooth and secure transactions. This guide walks you through how to view, add, edit, and remove saved payment methods in both your online account and mobile app.
Please note: If a payment method is linked to an active AutoPay plan, you’ll need to add a new method to the plan before removing the existing one.
- Log in to your account. Go to our website and sign in with your email associated with your reservation.
Navigate to Payment Settings, Select Profile > Manage all methods.
View saved methods. You’ll see a list of your current saved payment methods (credit/debit cards, bank account, etc.), your default payment method, and which methods are associated with an autopay plan.
- Add a new method. Click Add Payment Method, then enter your details, and save.
- Edit an existing method. Select the card or account you want to update, click Edit, and make changes.
Remove a method. Select the card or account you want to remove, click Edit, select Remove payment method, and click Yes, remove to confirm removal.
Managing payment methods in your mobile app
- Open the app and sign in Tap the More icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Go to Payment methods Under My info, select Payment Method
- Add a new method Tap + icon in the top right corner, enter your details, and save.
- Edit or remove a method Tap the saved card or account, then choose Edit or Remove payment method.
