Request a roommate

Traveling with a friend or family member but not booked on the same order? Request them as your roommate in your online account or the mobile app.

1. Login to mobile app or online account.

2. Navigate to your tour.

3. Navigate to accommodations.

4. Request your roommate by searching for full name, phone or email.

5. Select the person you want to room with and submit.

6. Confirmation is shown.
