What if I can't make a scheduled payment?
We understand some months can be harder than others. You're allowed to miss two payments but you can't skip the first or last payment. If you need to skip a month, give us a call and let us know! Your new scheduled payment amount will recalculate accordingly.
What happens if I choose monthly or bi-weekly and I miss a payment?
If you miss one payment, the amount will be distributed evenly over your remaining payments. If you miss two payments in a row, you'll be withdrawn from the plan altogether. It's important to periodically check your payment plan to make sure that your account is successfully making payments.
What to do if you miss a payment
Things happen! If you notice that you missed a payment, don't sweat. Give us a call or shoot us a request through your online account and we'll help you get back on track.

EF reserves the right to withdraw travelers from the plan for returns or declines in two consecutive payments. If the final payment is returned or declined, travelers will automatically be withdrawn from the plan. If payments aren't maintained, the traveler may be withdrawn from the trip and subject to the standard cancellation policy.
A non-refundable $35 service charge will be applied to your account each time you miss a payment or your payment method is declined.
