To check in for your flight
Visit your airline's website as soon as 24 hours prior to the departure of your first flight. Use the confirmation number in your online account to check in. You will also be able to view your seats and, if permitted by the airline, confirm your seating preferences.
If you get an error saying to check in at the airport, don't panic. Many airlines have recently adjusted their check in procedures -- give yourself some extra time before your flight to check in at the airport.

Using the incorrect airline website
While many airlines partner together, we only pay ONE airline per ticket, regardless of how
many airlines appear in a booking. If you notice that you have multiple airlines on your reservation, try pulling up your reservation on each of them. It is possible that your flight is being operated by one airline but ticketed on another. If you're having trouble determining this, give us a call!
Entering the wrong identifying information
The airlines have a lot of different names for “confirmation number” referring to it also as a
record locator, confirmation code, booking code, or booking reference—these are all referring to the
same thing—the five-character alpha numeric code provided in your online account. Sometimes these codes change if there was a schedule change by the airline. If the five digit code doesn't work, and you've already confirmed you're using the correct airline, give us a call. We can provide an updated confirmation number or your eticket number.
Entering your personal information incorrectly
: If the website has a space to enter “passenger first name,” what they are actually asking for is
the passenger’s first AND middle name. If you have a suffix in your name (JR, II, III,
etc.), then that needs to be entered into the “last name” field. For example, if your name is James Joseph Smith IV, then you would enter the following:
First: JAMES JOSEPH
Last: SMITH IV
If that didn’t work, they could also try entering the name without spaces (see below):
First: JAMESJOSEPH
Last: SMITHIV
