Submitting a ticket through your online account is the best way that our team can assist you with a variety of trip related questions such as flight requests, rebooking a trip, and payment plans.
How to submit a request
1. Click here to submit a request to our Trip Specialist Team
2. Select the topic that best describes the type of question you have
3. Complete the form (the more details the better!) and select "Submit"
How to check the status of your submitted request(s)
- Log in to your online account
- Then, select your name in the top right corner
- Select "Requests" from the drop-down list
- The next screen will detail all requests that have been submitted by you and their statuses are noted on the far right.
What each request status means
- The ticket status "Open" indicates your request has been submitted and our team is working to resolve your request
- The ticket status "Awaiting your reply" indicates our team has replied to your request and we are needing additional information from you to solve the request
- The ticket status "In Progress" means that we're working on it and will get back to you soon!
- The ticket status "Solved" indicates our team has replied and resolved your request, and no additional information is required
How to reopen a ticket
If you see that we have solved a request but you have a follow up question, don't panic! All you have to do is reply to that message and it will flip the request back to "Open" for us to look into again. If there are duplicate requests that you've submitted, our team may send a message saying that your request has been solved and merged with another. Don't worry, we'll make sure to keep communicating on the active thread for any follow up.
