Travelers who become ill on tour are asked to inform their Tour Director before rejoining their group. If an ill traveler is experiencing symptoms outlined in the CDC guidance, such as a fever, they may be required to take certain precautions, such as separating from the group or wearing a mask and maintaining distance to prevent spreading the illness to others. Travelers who are feeling unwell should keep their Tour Director informed and follow the instructions of Ultimate Break's On-Tour Support Team.
Travelers are responsible for any costs associated with isolation. Those who have purchased the Travel Protection plan may contact the claims administrator to seek coverage for any associated costs.
