When should I book optional excursions?
How to add an excursion to your account
- Log into your online account or open your app
- Select the trip that you are interested in adding an excursion to
- Select the "Extras" tab
- Choose the excursion that you'd like to add and click "Add to your trip"
Some excursions require us to purchase tickets pretty far in advance. If you are looking to add an excursion and are prompted to contact us, give us a call or submit a request and we will see if we're able to reserve a spot for you on that activity.
Feeling the FOMO on tour and want to join an excursion? No problem— you can add most excursions through your online account at any time. For excursions that need prior approval, chat with your Tour Director to see if there's space. If you're having difficulty adding the excursion, just let us know and we'll charge the last card on your file.
How to cancel an excursion
Should you need to cancel your excursion for any reason, we can help with that too! You are able to request for the removal of an excursion through your online account and submitting a ticket to our service team.
Please note that once you have booked an excursion, you have up until 30 days before departure to remove it. Once a trip is 30 days or less, excursions cannot be removed and no refund will be offered for an excursion you choose not to participate in.
