What is my certificate number?
Your certificate number for your policy was emailed to you shortly after your policy was purchased. The subject line for the email was “Your travel protection is now active” and it came from Info@trips.efultimatebreak.com
What is proof of common carrier delay?
Proof of common carrier delay is any proof that your flight was delayed or cancelled. This can be an email or text you received from the airline or a screenshot of the airline app displaying your flight’s status. If you do not have any documentation, please submit a request, and a member of our team can send you a flight delay letter.
How long will my claim take?
The total turnaround time, from when you file your claim to when you receive a claim decision and payment, can average about 30 days. Claims that are initially submitted with all required supporting documentation will require less processing time than those that require additional documentation to be submitted.
Will Travel Protection cover my cancellation reason?
Your Travel Protection Plan is a great resource for many different situations! At EF Ultimate Break, we are unable to make claim determinations, however, we encourage you to read the policy to see what covered perils may apply. Your policy can be found under “Plan Document” on this page.
Do I need to fill out everything on the claim form?
Fill out the form to the best of your ability and knowledge, and Broadspire will reach out if they need more information.
Do I need to fill out everything in the claim portal?
Nope! The claim portal allows you to submit documentation to support what you are filing for; if you do not believe it is applicable to your situation, you do not have to submit anything. Broadspire will reach out if they need more information.
Is EF Ultimate Break reviewing my claim?
No. All claims are reviewed by a third-party claims administrator, Broadspire. If you have questions regarding an active claim, you can contact them at EFtoursclaims@choosebroadspire.com or 877-314-1193. For assistance setting up your claim portal, please refer to this guide.
